Extremely durable and easily installed by authorized contractors without disruption to daily operations, the Duro-Last single-ply roofing system also leak proof, resistant to chemicals, fire and high winds, and virtually maintenance free. Every Duro-Last roof is measured and manufactured to exact size, accommodating every rooftop penetration. Prefabricating the roof in our controlled environment eliminates up to 85% of seaming that is done on-site during rooftop installation, and improves the long-term performance of the roofing system. This precise attention to detail ensures an excellent fit and delivers worry-free, leak-proof protection. Because most rooftop problems are installation errors, architects, consultants, contractors and building owners can have peace-of-mind knowing that only 15 to 20% of the seaming is done in the field. Every Duro-Last project is pre-engineered and designed to address the specific needs of each roofing application.

Durable Commercial Roofing Systems

The Duro-Last roofing system is resistant to fire, chemicals, restaurant grease, high winds, punctures and easily accommodates temperature extremes. Duro-Last’s custom roofing system also has no warranty exclusions for ponding water.

Energy-Efficient Roofs

The white membrane is the only single-ply membrane rated by the EPA ENERGY STAR roof products program that has retained reflectivity of greater than 86% after three years of weathering. This high retained reflectivity, combined with proven durability and virtually maintenance-free performance, can save energy and money for building owners.

Metal Retrofit Roofing Systems

The metal retrofit roofing system can be installed over an existing metal roof without an expensive tear-off. It’s the cost-effective, long-term way to protect buildings against rain, temperature changes, interior drips, ice build-up as well as rust and corrosion. Duro-Last membranes expand and contract with the temperature changes, eliminating the risk of roof leaks. The contractor selects and installs the appropriate insulation to fill the existing roof’s metal flutes and adds another layer of insulation to provide a flat surface to provide a flat surface for roof installation. The Duro-Last membrane is then installed over the insulation and mechanically attached to the roof deck. Customized stacks, wall flashings and other penetrations are heat-welded on-site to create a water-tight roof system.

Accessories for Roofing Systems

Duro-Last produces a complete line of standard and custom prefabricated accessories. These accessories incorporate the same membrane as the roofing sheets, and are made at our factory rather than with labor-intensive field fabrication on the roof.

“World's Best” Warranty

Once the Duro-Last roofing system has been installed by an authorized contractor and after passing inspection by a Duro-Last quality assurance specialist, Duro-Last protects commercial and industrial building owners with a comprehensive, transferable 15-year full warranty or 20-year pro-rated warranty. Both provide maximum protection, including coverage against damage caused by ponding water, and coverage against consequential damages that result from defects in the Duro-Last material.
